Candle Making Workshop

What you’ll do

Join us at Tacoma Glass Gallery & Fusing Studio for a cozy, hands-on candle making workshop where you’ll design and pour your own custom-scented satin soy candle from scratch. This relaxed 90-minute experience is perfect for beginners, date nights, small groups, birthdays, bachelorette parties, or anyone looking for a creative thing to do in Tacoma.

Your instructor will guide you through the candle making process step by step, from choosing your fragrance profile to preparing your vessel, setting the wick, and pouring smooth soy wax. You’ll learn approachable techniques for creating a clean, beautifully scented candle while enjoying an easygoing studio atmosphere.

By the end of class, you’ll have a handcrafted candle to take home and enjoy, plus the confidence and inspiration to keep exploring candle making. Public classes are available through ClassBento, and private sessions can be requested for groups of 6 to 20 guests.
